Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Job description:

-> Troubleshooting Hardware/Networking/Software related queries of our customers/HP End-users either through Phone or Email/Chat
-> Work effectively with our support partners to provide the highest quality & competitively priced support resulting in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-> Quickly diagnose/triage issues and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
-> Flexible to work in night shifts.
-> Candidate must possess Excellent written & spoken communication skills
Job Location: Bangalore
Qualification: Any Graduate
Work Experience: 3 years
