- Lead, Manage and motivate a team of financial professional taking into account, band progression, Contigencies and act as an individual contributor
- Ability to lead and motivating the team members.
- Ability to manage and lead change.
- Ability to interact with multiple culture level.
- Expertise in Ms-Office and in GL system.
- Ability to multitask.
- Qualified CA(Characterised Accountant) or
- CWA(Cost & Works Accountant) or
- MBA Finance with 6-9 years of experiance or
- MBA in commerce with 7-12 years of experiance.
